Ensemble-only auditions will consist of a simple reading of "America the Beautiful"
and some rhythmic and aural dictation (to clap and sing, not to write out).
Singers wishing to be considered for solo opportunities should also bring another piece of their own choosing.
Auditions are being scheduled on the following date:
- Saturday, 16 August 2008 at the Diehn building on the Old Dominion University campus
Sessions will be 15 minutes in length, beginning at 11 AM on each date.
Candidates are asked to arrive 15 minutes PRIOR to their appointment time.

Successful candidates will be eligible for the
Winter series...rehearsals to commence in September 2008.
Singers must also:
meet musicianship requirements
attend rehearsals
pay annual dues of $35
pay a small music fee
have appropriate formal concert attire:
Men: black tuxedo and shoes
Women: floor-length black dress/skirt/slacks with
3/4 or long sleeve black top; black shoes and hose;
tasteful jewelry (e.g., pearls)
